Refund Policy
OVERVIEW
Techcanvass academy offers training courses, certification preparation services, and other training related services. These services are offered in electronic format and can be accessed within a few hours and days.
However, we do appreciate that our services may have certain deficiencies and in those cases, we do provide refunds.
Below are the cases in which we would provide the refund and the indicated %age of amount:
- • In case of live online courses, we have a defined policy. In case you are not happy with the delivery of the services, we will refund the amount with 5% deduction only for registration and other services. But the refund will only be processed, if you send us a written complaint immediately after attending the first session and you don’t attend further classes.
- • In case of classroom training programs, the fees will be refunded as above provided you provide us the written compliant immediately after the first session and you don’t attend further classes.
- • For all the self-learning courses or other services (not covered under first two points), we don’t have a refund policy. As these are short tenure courses and can be used within few hours. We have provided multiple options to view the course material videos to make sure that you take an informed decision. However, in case of technical difficulties, we will provide all the necessary support and extensions (In case your services were disrupted).
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please attach the receipt to us directly at info@techcanvass.com.
